I'll be at Anime Street Pavillion in the early afternoon to end of. Are others coming too? Afterwards, I'm going over to El Rincon to set up the Cosplay Karaoke meetup. I don't know if the Gothic Lolita meetup is coming, but I plan to dress in gothic lolita cosplay. That is my favorite theme. Will you be there?

These are the Japanese Punk Band playing on May 17th at 2:00 pm Anime Pavilion / 4th Annual Asian Heritage Celebration in Japantown , San Francisco, "THEE OUT MODS",? Lemon Drop Kick , and The Slants,? w/ a mystery band to be announced.

2) Here is info about my COSPLAY KARAOKE MEETUP after Anime Street Pavillion (All ages welcome!)

When: Saturday, May 17, 6:30 PM
Meetup fee: USD10.00 per person
Who should come: All karaoke fans!
Why: It's great fun and an opportunity to meet people!

Meeting Description: COSPLAY KARAOKE MEETUP AFTER ANIME STREET PAVILLION!

If you don't want the party to end, after Anime Street Pavillion, come to EL RINCON for a karaoke dance party! It's easy to get to EL RINCON c/o 16th & HARRISON in San Francisco for the Cosplay Karaoke Meetup!

Anime Street Pavillion ends at 6:00pm. Why stop partying then? On Saturday, May 17th, the meetup kicks off at 6:30pm. We'll be singing karaoke from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. Afterward, the best Latin DJs in the business will play reggaeton, salsa, hip hop, bachata & club hits from 9:00pm to 2:00am at Latin Night. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

All ages welcome! $5 off the $10 cover if dressed in cosplay! (Separate cover charges may apply for Latin Night)

El Rincon is very easy to find at the corner of 16th Street and Harrison Street. After Anime Street Pavillion, just get on the 22 bus going southbound and get off at 16th & Harrison in the Mission. El Rincon is right across from the bus stop. The 22 bus departs every 15 minutes for 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Or, if you are driving, head south from Japantown towards 16th & Mission. El Rincon is 2 blocks south of 16th & Mission. Street parking around El Rincon is easy to find.

Sorry!? Over the years numerous attempts and experiments were tried for 16 and over things but they all failed and no venues seem willing to risk hosting 16+ events.? Occasionally there are live shows and concerts that are all-ages.? I'll see if I can find anything for you.
